Please stretch the hair, especially the wavy and curly hair, when you measure the hair like the following measuring picture.

Step 1: Put the hair into the warm water and rinse it.

Step 2: Apply some shampoo and wash the hair. Remember use your fingers to comb the hair or use the wide-tooth comb to comb the hair.

Step 3: Rinse the shampoo well.

Step 4: Apply some conditioner on the hair and then conditions it about 20 minutes.

Step 5: Rinse the conditioner well and roll the hair with towel or old T-shirt to loose the water.

Step 6: Use the moisture or oil to keep the hair from dryness. Don’t put the hair under the sunshine and dry it with the natural air.

NOTE: Don’t use the shampoo for curly hair so often. Deep condition the curly hair well. You can use Elastic and oil to keep the curly hair bouncy.

Q1:How many pieces hair for one head?

A1:Below 20inch, normally 3 bundles are enough for a full head; above 20inch 4 bundles is better.

Q2: Can the hair be straighten and curled?

A2:Yes. Use a flat iron/straightener or tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often and please don’t do it too frequently, or the hair will be easy to get dry and tangled.

Q3: Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?

A3:Yes, you can wash them as following steps.You can wash them as you would use your own Shampoo and conditioner.Using a treatment/hair mask every few weeks will help keep them looking healthier and shiny for longer.The extensions can be blow-dryed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often.Let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.

Q4: Why my hair extensions getting tangle easily?

A4:The reason why the hair tangled as the following reason and you avoid the tangled like the following.Your hair extension can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing(wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
